The goal of present Privacy Policy
In accordance with the present Privacy Policy, personal data given voluntarily by the visitor for communicational purposes via e-mail or telephone and also personal data provided by the user for other purposes is stored by Akác-Kelet Ltd. (data controller) in order for our services to be fully completed. By contacting the service provider, the user accepts present Privacy Policy by active consent.
The Data treated
Users contact the data controller via a form to be filled. They provide their personal data (such as name, e-mail address and possibly telephone number) for this reason, and their data is registered. The data controller does not treat or store personal data concerning sex, race, political affiliation or religion.
The purpose of data management
The primary purpose of data management is identifying customers and contacting them. A further purpose of data management is fulfilling the obligations of the data controller, practicing its legal rights and also performing analyses, producing statistics and improving our services, for which purposes we use evaluated personal data in an anonymized form, unfit for personal identification. Data management also serves the protection of the user’s rights. We do our utmost in order to protect and treat our user’s data fairly and lawfully.
